Independent Inspections. Clear Documentation.

Each inspection begins with the specific concerns you want evaluated. I document observable conditions using photographs, field measurements and appropriate non-invasive testing, then compare relevant findings with recognized tile, stone and flooring industry standards. When included in the scope, you receive a written inspection report documenting the observations, testing and findings.

Inspections begin as non-invasive evaluations of visible and accessible conditions. Concealed assembly details and definitive causes cannot always be verified without additional testing or separately authorized invasive investigation.
